JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across a variety of settings. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring safety, dignity, and respect at all times.

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct and best practice standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely, following protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and clinical observations.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive patient records using appropriate documentation tools.
• Liaise effectively with doctors, other nurses, healthcare assistants, and allied professionals.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and escalating clinical concerns.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, health conditions, and post-discharge care.
• Comply with infection prevention and control standards, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Participate in audits, training, and continuous professional development (CPD) activities.
• Contribute to team meetings and support a positive, inclusive working environment.
