Professional: To work within the Code of Conduct of the NMC To manage a group of patients during a shift to achieve and maintain a high standard of nursing care To assess plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care for adults ensuring a high standard of nursing practice at all times. To support all memebers of the team, supervise and teach students, unqualified staff and carers.
