Perdiswell Rose Care Home are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join their healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and have a solid understanding of anatomy. As Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A compassionate approach with a strong focus on patient advocacy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
