We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join us on a zero-hour contract basis. This flexible, field-based role offers you the opportunity to provide responsive, person-centred care—while working in diverse and rewarding environments.
At Bleep 360 Care, we don’t just provide care—we empower people to live more independently, with dignity and confidence. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, values integrity, and wants to make a genuine difference, we want to hear from you.

ABOUT US:

We pride ourselves on:

  • A people-first approach to care.
  • A culture of respect, compassion, and continuous improvement.
  • A commitment to quality and clinical excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide responsive, in-field clinical guidance to care teams.
  • Collaborate with management and complex care teams to uphold care standards.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with best practice.
  • Ensure care delivery follows personalised plans and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage clinical concerns, mentor staff, and ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Support with staff competency evaluations and debriefing.
  • Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care.
