Our mission is to deliver the highest standards of nursing care in a supportive and respectful environment. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Manager to lead our dedicated team. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a team while ensuring the highest quality of care for residents with diverse needs, including those with dementia.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin is essential
• Proven experience in managing a Nursing Home or similar care setting is essential
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standard
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding care

THE ROLE:

As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the Home, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will lead, inspire, and support a team of skilled professionals while maintaining full regulatory compliance and fostering a positive culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the clinical and operational management of the nursing home
• Ensure all care meets CQC standards and exceeds best practice guidelines
• Lead and develop the care team through effective management and training
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external agencies
• Promote a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement
