Well respected care provider are looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager for their service in the Hindhead area.
Dementia, general elderly care
The Regional Manager is looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to take ownership of their 45+ bed care home providing specialist care for adults with dementia and general care needs. We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CQC.

Job Requirements for Registered Home Manager:

• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• Budgets/ business development / marketing

Skills/ Qualifications Registered Home Manager:

• Proven track record of successful home
• Experience with challenging behaviour and dementia
• IT literate, competent and accurate
• Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
