REGISTERED HOME MANAGER (RGN/RMN)

Location: Elgin, IV30
Contract: Full-Time, Days
Salary: Up to £56,000 per annum DOE
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Home Manager (RGN or RMN) to lead and manage our nursing home in Elgin. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished nurse leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and driving high standards across the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and management to the care team.
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred, and high-quality care.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
  • Proven experience as a Home Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Nurse in a care home setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of residents.
