REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics
• Registered with and in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).
• Must carry valid professional liability insurance
• CPR & First Aid certification (current)
• Experience working in a rehab or clinical setting is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Familiarity with ICBC documentation and protocols is a plus

• Conduct initial kinesiology assessments and develop individualized exercise programs
• Provide active rehab services for ICBC and private clients
• Monitor and progress patient programs based on functional outcomes
• Able to meet with clients at the gym and/or pool
• Work collaboratively with physiotherapists to support treatment plans
• Chart as required by your associated college
• Educate clients on posture, movement mechanics, and injury prevention
• Maintain a clean and organized rehab area
