• You must be a registered Kinesiologist in good standing with the College of British Columbia (BCAK)
• You are passionate, team-oriented, and have a growth mindset
• You are committed to providing person-centered 1-on-1 care
• You are comfortable with hands-on techniques such as soft tissue work and exercise prescription
• You are client-centric and focus on the client’s experience by fostering and maintaining their journey of care in collaboration with other therapists and staff
• You advocate for your own development and reach out to learn from your fellow therapists, senior therapists and Clinical directors
• You are a clear communicator and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
