JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our brand new Children’s Residential Home in Stoke. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care for our children. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to children, and the ability to manage a team effectively while developing care plans tailored to individual needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years experience in residential childcare at Deputy level or above
  • Level 5 diploma (or working towards)
  • Strong working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
  • Commitment to providing high quality care and achieving positive outcomes for children
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role.

Responsibilities
