6. HEALTH & SAFETY

2. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES/POSITION IN STRUCTURE

Responsible to: Managing Director or Franchise owner
Responsible for:
Providing a high-quality home care service that empowers clients to live in their own homes for as long as possible. Making Apollo Care the most desired care provider in the UK.

DUTIES:

· Carry out regular audits
· KPI – collate and report
· Reports to director as required
· Complete Franchise Territory visits
· Safeguarding lead role
· Complaints handling
· Keep internal systems updated
· Oversee finance
· Complete staff appraisals and oversee supervisions
· Recruitment
· Quality assurance
· Health and Safety
