We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Homecare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and clients. Your expertise in Homecare and senior care will be crucial in developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to individual needs.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a homecare or nursing background.
  • Strong background in senior care, particularly with experience in Mental Health.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing homecare is highly desirable.
