We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and maintaining the highest levels of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day management and leadership of the agency in line with CQC regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a skilled, motivated workforce.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Monitor quality of care through audits, spot checks, and service user feedback.
  • Handle safeguarding issues, complaints, and incidents effectively.
  • Work closely with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and person-centred care.
  • Report to the Nominated Individual and directors on performance, compliance, and outcomes

Requirements
✅ NVQ/QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent, or working towards).
✅ Previous experience in a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or senior leadership role within domiciliary care.
✅ Strong understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) and the Care Act 2014.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
✅ Ability to manage budgets, staffing rotas, and business development.
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (preferred).

Pay: £41,379.00-£45,000.00 per year
