REQUIREMENTS

• Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards it).
• Minimum 12 months’ experience managing a children’s residential home.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care for young people.
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
