ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

· NVQ Level 5 in Leadership Management
· 2 Years experience working with children in the last 5 years
· Experience of managing a Children’s Homes or at least 1 years’ experience requiring supervising staff and managing in a residential setting.
· Enthusiastic, committed and ambitious
· Full driving licence
