Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare and Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
- At least two years of supervisory experience within an Ofsted-regulated children’s home.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures, compliance, and child protection legislation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A driving Licence is strongly favourable.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 5-bed children’s residential home. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee the setup, registration, and operational management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the registration process and ensure full Ofsted compliance.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and care plans in line with regulatory standards.
- Manage and support a team to provide outstanding care for children with complex needs.
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and quality assurance within the home.
- Maintain financial and operational efficiency, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
- Foster a positive and therapeutic environment that promotes the well-being and development of young people.
