Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

  • Lead the home in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015
  • Act as the legally Registered Manager under the Care Standards Act 2000
  • Ensure the home operates according to its Statement of Purpose, meeting the assessed needs of young people
  • Champion safeguarding, care planning, and continuous improvement
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing staff team
  • Drive quality assurance and performance management across the servicePromote young people’s rights and ensure their voices are heard
