Job Title: Registered Children’s Home Manager
Location: Warrington
Salary: Up to £60,000 DEO plus Bonuses
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Children’s Manager to oversee our client’s home based in Warrington on a full time, permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the effective running of the homes in accordance with Quality Standards and Regulations for Children’s Homes and Ofsted guidelines. To be considered, it is essential that you have a Level 5 in Leadership & Management and have experience in a management position.
We are looking for a passionate and hard working individual.

• Developing, mentoring and leading a vibrant and enthusiastic care team.
• Responsible for the effective day to day running of the home and the delivery of all care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home and all day-to-day management matters.
• Deliver the organisations vision and values and best possible childcare to the children in the service.
• Build internal and external relationships with service users, families, staff, agencies, partners, and commissioners.
