Job Title: Registered Children’s Home Manager
Location: Chorley
Salary: up to £60,000, DEO
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Children’s Manager to oversee our client’s home based in Chorley on a full time, permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the effective running of the home in accordance with Quality Standards and Regulations for Children’s Homes and Ofsted guidelines.
To be considered, you will require Level 5 in Leadership & Management or working towards this.
This is a 2 bedded EBD home.

• Developing, mentoring and leading a vibrant and enthusiastic care team
• Responsible for the effective day to day running of the home and the delivery of all care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home and all day-to-day management matters
• Deliver the organisations vision and values and best possible childcare to the children in the service
• Build internal and external relationships with service users, families, staff, agencies, partners, and commissioners
