Are you a passionate and experienced leader in social care? Do you have a strong background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge?
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our Supported Living service, delivering person-centred care and support to adults with diverse and often complex needs.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and quality of the service, ensuring it operates in line with CQC standards, company policies, and best practice in social care.
You will lead a dedicated team, foster a culture of respect and inclusion, and ensure that the people we support live fulfilling, safe, and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the supported living service
  • Lead, mentor, and develop support staff
  • Ensure high standards of care and support are consistently delivered
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and positive behaviour support
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (including CQC registration)
  • Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Service Manager in a similar service
  • In-depth knowledge of supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge
  • Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about person-centred care and promoting independence

Why join us?
Every day, you’ll be part of something truly meaningful: empowering individuals with learning disabilities to live vibrant, fulfilling, and independent lives. Our supported living and residential services are designed to place people at the heart of everything we do — and that includes you.
You’ll join a passionate, values-driven team that believes in dignity, inclusion, and the power of person-centred care. Whether you’re helping someone achieve a lifelong goal or simply brightening their day, your work will matter.
We’re a company that’s constantly evolving — innovative in our approach, progressive in our thinking, and committed to positive behaviour support and lifelong development. From comprehensive training to real career progression, we invest in you because when you thrive, the people we support do too.
