⭐ The role

As Registered Manager, you will:

  • Lead the opening and registration of a new home
  • Oversee all operational, safeguarding, and compliance requirements
  • Build, manage, inspire, and develop a dedicated staff team
  • Ensure the highest standards of care, tailored to each young person’s needs
  • Share on-call responsibilities with the Deputy Manager

⭐ What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years’ experience in children’s residential care
  • Level 3 diploma in Children’s Residential Care
  • 2+ years experience managing within a Children’s Residential Home
  • Strong leadership, organisation and people skills
  • Experience working with young people who’ve experienced trauma
  • Sound understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted standards
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, and the ability to motivate others
