Firstcall 247 Limited is one of the leading care agencies in UK and we are looking for an experienced Registered manager to support our home care business.
A dedicated manager to run our Gloucestershire homecare branch. Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all the customers receive the high standards of care. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Care Manager for our domiciliary care agency. If successful, you will provide physical and emotional support to the service users, manage the day-to-day care planning and operations, and supervise teams of carers.
Key responsibilities:
· Day to day management of the branch as per the regulations and company policies.
· On call management as per the rota basis
· Monitoring standards of care derived by the care staff by spot check, observation, and direct involvement.
· Ensure that CQC and company rules and regulations are maintained.
· Overseeing the care plans and auditing along with coordinator.
· Managing the supervision, development, qualifications, and supervisions of care staff.
· Accepting the new care package and costing for new packages.
· Ensure the office is running effectively and provide an efficient on-call service.
· Handle client complaints and escalate if necessary - Being honest and trustworthy and acting with integrity Day to Day
· Attending organising team meetings
· Manage relationships with clients, local authority and service users and their families
· Ensure care worker compliance - CQC and company rules and regulations are maintained.
You must have:
· Knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as domiciliary registered manager
· NVQ level 5 in social care or working towards to it.
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Experience of preparing patient centred care plans, overseeing the rota, coordinating the team.
· Must have a driving license.
