  • Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, quality assurance, and budget oversight.
  • Collaborate closely with local authorities, legal teams, and regulators for optimal outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager (or step-up Deputy Manager) in children’s residential care.
  • Proven expertise in Ofsted registration processes, particularly solo/DoLS pathways.
  • Strong skills in care planning, risk assessment, multi‑agency collaboration, and trauma-informed leadership.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, or equivalent (or commitment to obtain within regulatory timelines, reflecting flexible development policies.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with performance and Ofsted-related bonuses.
  • Pension, annual leave, and sick pay, fully compliant with UK employment laws.
  • Hybrid working options (remote, office‑based, or hybrid), supported by provision of company hardware.
  • Strategic leadership role with scope to shape service design and expand services in Devon.
  • Access to ongoing training, leadership development, and dedicated registration consultancy support.
