• Oversee client consultations, assessments, and personalised care planning.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain CQC compliance.
• Grow the service by building strong community and professional networks.
• Handle feedback with professionalism, turning it into service improvements.
• Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing staff development.
