Job Description Having now Three offices located in the Shropshire region we are currently seeking a Registered Care Manager to join us in our Newport Office in Newport, Telford. The Registered Care Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager. We are seeking an individual who is dedicated and compassionate, someone who wants to make a difference to people’s lives and be part of an ever-growing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients, through support and management of the team. Qualifications About You We’re looking for someone who: Has proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager Extensive experience in the domiciliary care sector The drive, resilience, and commercial awareness to continue to grow the service, hitting business growth targets while maintaining exceptional care standards. Has experience in leading and managing teams Understands compliance and legislation inside out and is confident in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Holds or is willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Has a driving licence and is happy to travel across the local area to meet clients and build relationships. Additional Information Why Join Us?
