JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interim Registered Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a service supporting adults. This is a key leadership role ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance with CQC regulations.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Registered Manager experience .
  • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • A thorough understanding of CQC standards and experience of successful inspections.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality, safe care.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
    Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
    Contract length: 12 weeks
    Pay: £37,000.00-£42,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the residential/supported living service.
  • Ensure high standards of person-centred care and support for individuals with autism, and associated needs.
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant legislative and policy frameworks.
  • Supervise, support, and develop the staff team, promoting a positive culture and high staff morale.
  • Carry out regular audits, care plan reviews, risk assessments, and quality checks.
  • Build effective relationships with families, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
