REGISTERED MANAGER – LILYBELLE MOTHER & BABY UNIT

Location: Handsworth, Birmingham
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (+ performance bonus)
Contract: Full-time, permanent (40 hours/week with occasional flexibility outside core hours)

ABOUT LILYBELLE

Lilybelle is a new, purpose-built Mother & Baby Unit in Handsworth providing a safe, supportive, and homely environment where families stay for a 12-week residential assessment. We empower parents while ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and operational excellence.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager who can lead independently, ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, and help us build a high-performing team.

As a Registered Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day running of Lilybelle ensuring a safe, high-quality service.
• Maintain full compliance with Ofsted standards and achieve an Outstanding rating.
• Build and manage operational systems including SOPs, risk assessments, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, rotas, and development.
• Liaise confidently with local authorities, social workers, and external agencies to manage referrals and placement pipelines.
• Contribute to marketing and website updates to promote the service.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Be accountable for safeguarding and ensuring the welfare of mothers and babies in residence.
