They specialize in managing services for 16-18 year olds transitioning from care to independent living. Responsibilities
Quality Support: Offer quality support to managers at residential homes, helping them develop positive life skills in accordance with organizational policies and Ofsted procedures.
Oversee Senior Management: Supervise senior support management in their services, collaborating with staff to ensure residents receive the best possible support.
Meetings and Reviews: Participate in meetings, reviews, and case conferences to assess and improve the quality of care.
Risk Management: Identify risks within the homes and cooperate with relevant departments to ensure child safety.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, including Reg 27 (notifications to Ofsted) and Reg 32 (six-month review of service).
