Contract: Permanent | 40 hours per week

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you’ll:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the service
• Ensure safe, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity
• Manage staff recruitment, supervision, and ongoing development
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
• Maintain compliance with CIW regulations and safeguarding requirements
• Monitor quality, complete audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Support rota management and participate in the on-call system
