REGISTERED MANAGER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL SERVICE

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our Ofsted-regulated children’s residential home in Leicester. This is a vital leadership role for someone committed to delivering high-quality care and creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children and young people with complex needs.
Role Overview As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a child-centred approach. You will lead a dedicated team, uphold safeguarding practices, and ensure that each child receives tailored support to thrive.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the home in line with Ofsted and Children’s Home Regulations
• Ensure the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of children are met through personalised care plans
• Lead, supervise, and develop staff to maintain a resilient and motivated team culture
• Maintain robust safeguarding protocols and respond effectively to incidents
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and legislation
