REGISTERED MANAGER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL CARE

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in a children’s home supporting young people aged 8–18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You’ll be at the heart of creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children can thrive, and if you’re looking for career progression, there’s the potential to step into dual registration.

REQUIREMENTS

• Level 4 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years in a senior role within children’s residential care.
• Understanding of trauma-informed practice.
• Full driving licence preferred.
