REGISTERED MANAGER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL SERVICE

We are seeking a committed and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Ofsted-regulated children’s residential service in Gloucester. This is a pivotal role for a compassionate leader who can create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children and young people with complex needs.
About the Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality care. You will lead a skilled team, promote a child-centred ethos, and ensure that every child receives the support they need to thrive.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home in line with Ofsted and Children’s Home Regulations
• Ensure the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of children are met through tailored care plans
• Lead, support, and develop staff to maintain a resilient and motivated team
• Uphold safeguarding protocols and respond effectively to incidents and concerns
• Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies to ensure cohesive support
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and maintain compliance with policies and legislation
