THE ROLE:

As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and growth of our domiciliary care services in Norwich. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance, build strong client relationships, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a team of care professionals, promoting a positive and supportive environment
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
• Drive the development and expansion of care services in the area
• Maintain high-quality standards of care and client satisfaction
• Manage budgets, staffing, and service delivery
• Develop care packages and oversee risk assessments and care planning
