BASIC SALARY OF £55,000 + £21,000 IN BONUSES AVAILABLE.

I am currently looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Children’s Manager with a drive for providing high-quality care to manage a 4x bedded EBD children’s home based in Haslingden.
This organisation is well established and already has over 20 specialist children’s home up and running.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Ensuring that the home meets the highest standards of care and safety, and proactively takes steps to provide exceptional care to the young people in the home
• Creating an open and welcoming culture in which the young people feel listened to and supported
• Developing life skills and promoting the young people’s independence
• Working with Human Resources to manage all employee relations in line with the company’s policies and procedures & managing the home to an outstanding standard
• Collaborating with the Senior Management Team to ensure the home goes beyond in providing outstanding care
• Strong organisational, communication and decision-making skills
• A commitment to creating an open culture in which children feel that they can complain and are listened to
• A working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and the company’s policies and procedures
• A ‘can do’ attitude and a passion for making a real difference
