JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our new 3 bed residential service in Blackwood ensuring the highest quality of care for the individuals we support. The service supports individuals diagnosed with Autism, a Learning Disability and other complex needs.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a residential home or care facility
  • Strong background in managing and supervising staff in a care setting
  • Proficient in supporting individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of care delivery

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of the home, including staff, residents, and facilities

  • Administer medications in accordance with established protocols
  • Provide leadership and guidance to support staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in care,
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including budget management and resource allocation
