JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to join our team in providing exceptional care within our bespoke residential facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This role involves supervising staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations , particularly in areas such as medication administration, personal care, incidents/accidents, education, therapeutic support etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a Registered Manager role within a residential home or supported living environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CQC care practices, including autism and learning disability, mental health etc.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of medication administration protocols and health regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on compassionate interaction with residents, staff and families.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Relevant qualifications in health or social care would be advantageous.
