Responsibilities
  • Support Heal Care Group to raise the bar for children in care in everything that we do.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring outstanding care for children.
  • Ensure compliance with The Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Ofsted requirements, and all relevant legislation.
  • Provide strong leadership, guiding and developing a high-performing care team.
  • Maintain and improve safeguarding standards, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child.
  • Manage referrals and placements, ensuring the right support is in place for each child.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with external agencies.
  • Promote education and life skills, supporting children to reach their full potential.
  • Maintain high-quality record keeping, reporting, and monitoring systems.

    - Ensure the home is well-presented, welcoming, and maintained to a high standard.
