An exciting opportunity has arisen at First Steps North West for a dedicated and driven registered manager to lead our residential family centre which accommodates up to five families at any one time. The service is owned by two qualified and experienced social workers who now seek a dynamic, enthusiastic and ambitious individual to share our vision of promoting positive outcomes for children and their families.

We are looking for a compassionate, and inspiring registered manager to lead our dedicated team. This is more than a managerial role it’s about creating a place where families feel valued and supported while we work alongside them to assess and strengthen their relationships.
