Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Bradford BD3 / BD4
Salary: £43,000 + Car or Allowance (£6,000) + Ofsted Bonus (£2,000–£3,000)
Working Hours: Full-time
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People (7 to 16 years old) with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties)
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within children’s residential care
Employment Type: Permanent

An experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a well-established children’s residential home. The successful candidate will have:

• A strong background in children’s residential care
• Deep understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted regulatory requirements
• A commitment to delivering high standards of care for young people with complex emotional needs
• Applications are welcomed from existing Deputy Managers ready to progress into a Registered Manager role
