We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our brand-new children’s home in Ilkeston.
At Sterling, we may be a small company, but we took our time to get it right before opening our second home. We are proud to say our first home has been recognised by Ofsted as Good in all areas. Now, we’re ready to grow and we need a manager who shares our vision.

We’re looking for a committed and resilient leader who will join us in shaping a strong staff team and creating the very best environment for children and young people.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (essential).
  • Has experience managing in a children’s residential setting.
  • Understands regulations, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
  • Can lead and inspire a team with resilience, integrity, and empathy.
  • Has experience supporting children with EBD/LD and complex needs.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
