JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our Nurse Agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a positive environment for both staff and residents. Your role will involve supervising care plans, medication administration, and overall management of the care services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A valid nursing qualification with registration as a nurse is essential.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within home care or assisted living settings is highly desirable.
