We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our Nurse Agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a positive environment for both staff and residents. Your role will involve supervising care plans, medication administration, and overall management of the care services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A valid nursing qualification with registration as a nurse is essential.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within home care or assisted living settings is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of care plans and medication administration protocols.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards governing nursing homes and care homes is crucial.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• A compassionate approach towards resident care combined with strong organisational abilities.

  Pay: £24.00-£26.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 12 – 48 per week

• Lead and inspire a team of caregivers, promoting a culture of excellence in service delivery.
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews of resident care needs, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic care for residents.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the care home, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
