ABOUT US

At Harriott Care Group, we are proud of our track record in delivering success across multiple industries, having won awards and demonstrated sustained excellence in business operations. We are a privately funded organisation with the resources and stability to grow carefully and confidently. Our first home is fully owned and located in Tamworth, and we are committed to owning all future homes to ensure high standards, long-term investment, and a true sense of place for our young people and teams.
You’ll be joining a supportive, hands-on director team with deep experience in business, care, and property. We prioritise both the well-being of our children and the professional development of our staff. This role is an opportunity to work with a management team committed to providing strong, active support so that you are empowered to focus on delivering outstanding outcomes.

OUR DIRECTOR TEAM

Our directors bring deep experience from the worlds of business, property and social care. We’ve built and managed services supporting more than 200 vulnerable individuals and understand the importance of quality care.
Most importantly, we are a director team that genuinely cares. We’re not here to tick boxes, but to build something lasting. This home has been set up with the intention to not only meet standards, but to raise them. We want every child who walks through our door to feel safe, seen and supported. That means creating a stable, nurturing environment where they can begin to heal, grow and believe in their future.
Every child that comes through our doors deserves opportunity, consistency and a home that holds them to high expectations with warmth and compassion and we’re looking for a Registered Manager who shares that vision.
