JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our Nursing agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents in an assisted living or nursing home environment. The Registered Manager will be responsible for ensuring that staff are effectively implemented and that all staff members are supervised to maintain the highest standards of care.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Registered

Manager in a similar care setting

• SVQ 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Leadership skills that inspire people to do their best work
• Strong regulatory knowledge (Care Inspectorate, SSSC, PVG)
• Commercial awareness and confidence with budgets, planning, and growth
• A genuine belief in dignity, respect, and relationship-based care
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
