Salary: Competitive - Up to £55,000 (Dependent on experience and qualifications)
We are looking for a Registered Manager to work in an autism specialist service, offering both 38 and 52-week residential care for children and young people aged 8-19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and associated needs. Located alongside an on-site school, our homes provide a nurturing, structured environment where young people receive tailored support to reach their full potential.
Each of our children’s homes on-site accommodates up to 6 young people. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of one of these homes and will work in partnership with fellow managers and the Head of Care to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Registered Manager, you will hold the Ofsted registration for your designated home. You will lead a multidisciplinary team-including deputy managers, team leaders, and support workers-to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations (England) 2015, the Quality Standards, and the home’s Statement of Purpose.
This is a pivotal leadership role, requiring collaboration with the school leadership, regulatory compliance, operational oversight, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in care practices.
