Warrington Borough Council have an exciting opportunity to work in our short breaks home for children with disabilities and complex health needs. We are looking for an experienced, child focused individual who has an excellent understanding of the Ofsted Regulations to Manager the day to day running of on one of our children’s homes.
The home has recently been inspected by Ofsted and has gained a judgement of “outstanding” for the 12th consecutive year running. At Westland Drive we provide opportunities for the children to accesses a variety of activities and experiences to make memories, develop and grow

The post is a 37-hour permanent contract. At Westland Drive we can care for up to 3 children at any one time, up to the age of 18 years across a twenty-four-hour, seven day a week service.
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care and maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulations. The role requires strong leadership, experience in residential care and a commitment to the wellbeing of children who have a variety of disabilities and complex needs.
