Job Title: Registered Manager

Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent
Reports to: Director of Operations / Managing Director
Regulated Activity: Yes (CQC Registered Role)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our high-quality supported living services for adults with autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, person-centred care in accordance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines.
As the Registered Manager, you will lead the service with integrity, drive and compassion—ensuring compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
