Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide diverse massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct detailed client consultations and develop effective treatment plans
• Deliver treatments in line with professional regulations and spa standards
• Promote a welcoming, calming, and professional atmosphere in the spa
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with spa team members to enhance client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• Current registration as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC) or College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC)
• Valid professional liability insurance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Passion for holistic wellness and client care
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
• Commitment to upholding spa values and ensuring client comfort
