Over the past seven years, I’ve been able to grow a clinic where we can help a wide variety of clients heal and feel their very best! In addition to offering Massage therapy, my practice has grown to include Manual Osteopathy and Acupuncture.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with a recognized RMT association
  • Manual Osteopathic Therapist in good standing with a recognized MOT association
  • 1+ years’ experience as a professional Massage Therapist/MOT
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to keep a well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Ability to perform massages on diverse clients
  • Positive, focused, punctual, deadline driven, resilient and a team first attitude

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients’ soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion
  • Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used
  • Consult with clients about their medical histories and any problems with stress and/or pain in order to determine whether massage would be helpful
  • Massage and knead the muscles and soft tissues of the human body in order to provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries or wellness maintenance
  • Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records of clients
  • Massage Therapy in various modalities (Deep Tissue, Relaxation) with training in Cupping, Hot Stone Massage, Graston Technique, or other modalities an asset
