Rise Rehabilitation & Performance Centre is a modern, fully equipped fitness and recovery facility located within Burloak Indoor Golf — a premium sports and recreation destination in Oakville. Our mission is to help athletes, golfers, and community members optimize their health, recover from injuries, and perform at their best.
We are seeking a skilled and personable Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about rehabilitation, performance, and client care in a collaborative, sport-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments to clients, including athletes, golfers, and general population.
• Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) standards.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, which may include physiotherapists, trainers, and coaches.
• Educate clients on injury prevention, self-care, and ongoing wellness practices.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in sports massage, deep tissue, and injury rehabilitation is an asset.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, preferred.
