The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to clients, helping them achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. As a Massage Therapist, you will work in a supportive environment that values professionalism and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• A member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario; in good standing. Must have professional liability insurance.
• Proficient in medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare providers.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey treatment plans and address client concerns effectively.
• Ability to build rapport with clients while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to massage therapy techniques.
• Preferably 1+ years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
• Proficiency in multiple modalities (e.g., deep tissue, sports massage), with additional certifications (prenatal, hot stone, CPR, etc.) considered a plus

• Perform therapeutic massage using modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other specialized techniques, as per client needs.
• Conduct client consultations, including health history, treatment preferences, and any pertinent conditions.
• Maintain accurate session documentation, treatment plans, and notes as per clinic policy.
• Ensure treatment room, linens, and equipment are cleaned, organized, and sanitized between clients.
• Adhere to all clinic rules and protocols: hygiene, safety, confidentiality, professionalism, attendance, and scheduling.
• Respect and remain within the scope of practice of massage therapy.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with data handling policies
